Chili (Serves 8)

Had a snow storm in Georgia today, so needed some warm comfort food.  No matter where you live chili is always a favorite.  This recipe includes Worcestershire which adds a nice, rich flavor.

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 large chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can of tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can of chili style tomatoes
1 Tbls. of Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 cups canned chili beans
1 Tbls. chili powder

Brown the ground chuck & onion in a large skillet on med-high heat. Add remaining ingredients & mix well. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer.  Cover & simmer for 10 minutes.
