Macaroni Salad

Everybody needs a recipe for macaroni salad because sooner or later we all make one...so here you go!

1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked in salted water
3 boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 cup mayo
Black pepper to taste

Drain macaroni & rinse starch off.  Toss with all the ingredients & chill.  (Option: You can also add pickle relish to taste.)
